In our rapidly evolving markets, the ability to ‘manage’ change armed with current best practices and the usual analytical models can easily turn into loosing battle of trying to catch up. But to leap ahead and lead change in wildly diverse markets requires a delicate balance of art, craft and science.
With our newly developed Trans-national MBA, we continue to prepare our students to lead change. The key feature of this new program is its emphasis on trans-national leadership and on doing business across borders. To grow and thrive in a world that is changing at an ever increasing rate, it is crucial that business leaders understand the inter-related social, political, environmental and economic dynamics. Because of where we are, who we are, and what we have doing over the last 20 years, we do that better than anyone else in the world.
This 60-credit, intensive, full-time 11 month program runs from September until July each year. This program is meant for managers who see themselves as change leaders in rapidly transforming environments and combines functional excellence (in the core program) with opportunities to specialize in Marketing, Finance and Real Estate Management. It is an ideal stepping stone for moving ahead with your career or changing career paths, within a relatively short period of time. The full-time MBA gives students the opportunity to focus on their studies and team projects without leaving the workplace for too long, to be able to 'hit the ground running' as soon as possible.
Course Objectives
The overarching aim of the course is to educate and thereby empower the participants (as a future manager) to lead a rapid, multi-cultural and Trans-national process of change.
Based on a foundation of core functional excellence in a standard MBA, in addition in our Trans-national MBA you will receive a broader understanding of the importance of social, political, ethical and environmental change in a Trans-national context in addition to a truly integrative learning experience based on leading global business education approaches.
By explicitly integrating across subject areas and with functional courses within the MBA core module offering, the students will receive a valuable, innovative and integrated learning experience.
