In our rapidly evolving markets, the ability to ‘manage’ change armed with current best practices and the usual analytical models can easily turn into loosing battle of trying to catch up. But to leap ahead and lead change in wildly diverse markets requires a delicate balance of art, craft and science.
With our newly developed Transnational MBA, we continue to prepare our students to lead change. The key feature of this new program is its emphasis on Transnational Leadership and on doing business across borders. To grow and thrive in a world that is changing at an ever increasing rate, it is crucial that business leaders understand the inter-related social, political, environmental and economic dynamics. Because of where we are, who we are, and what we have doing over the last 20 years, we do that better than anyone else in the world.
This program is meant for managers who see themselves as change leaders in rapidly transforming environments and combines functional excellence (in the core program) with opportunities to specialize in Marketing, Finance and Real Estate Management.
It is an ideal stepping stone for moving ahead in your studies without career interruption and within a relatively short period of time. During this MBA program you can apply what you are learning immediately back in the workplace.
The Executive MBA starts at the beginning of each year. Classes run intensively from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon, roughly once every two weeks. In between, you work on readings and project assignments at your own pace.
Tailor-made independent study projects, Strategic Management Project and semester exchange opportunities are open to Executive MBA candidates after finishing the core program. Following successful graduation, you will become a member of the School’s alumni network, which includes several hundred other people who have successfully studied for their MBA at the CEU Business School.
